Termination of Membership Agreement

Termination of www.trcontact.com Membership Agreement 

The parties can terminate the membership agreement at any time. In case of termination of the contract, both parties shall mutually execute all dues and obligations arising up to the date of termination.

Termination of Membership Agreement by EKSADA with valid reason cases:

EKSADA has the right to terminate the membership of any member in case of violating fundamental obligations or provisions of the “Membership Agreement”

Circumstances where violation is expectably resolved:

If the member’s violation of any obligation or provision is recoverable, than EKSADA will give 5 working days to member for remedy. Below mentioned are the violations that can be recoverable;

• If the violation is not endamaging EKSADA or other third parties financially.
• If the violation is not endamaging EKSADA’s or other third parties business reputation and moral values.

If these violations not been corrected within 5 working days, Membership will be terminated without preliminary notice and compensation. 

Circumstances where violation is expectably irresolvable:

If the member’s violation of any obligation or provision is unrecoverable and irresolvable, than EKSADA will perform preliminary termination of membership. Below mentioned are the violations considered as unrecoverable and irresolvable.

• If the violation is endamaging EKSADA or other third parties financially.
• If the violation is not endamaging EKSADA’s or other third parties business reputation and moral values.
• If the member uses his membership in an illegal way
• If the member keeps inappropriate behavior and violating obligations and provisions.

The membership agreement will be terminated unilaterally by EKSADA. 

Results of Terminating Membership Agreement

After terminating the membership agreement, EKSADA conveys the decision to the member with causations. Dating from conveying, member’s access to the website will be banned without waiting for the end of month and member can never issue a new membership agreement in www.trcontact.com again. 

With the termination of the membership agreement prepaid fees for previous periods will not be refunded. If the member has paid the whole annual membership fee, in case of termination of the membership agreement by EKSADA, fee of remaining months after termination calendar month will be paid to member’s declared bank account within 15 working days. If the member has chosen a monthly installment fee payment method, no further assessment will be made by EKSADA. Termination of the contract does not retain member from performing ongoing financial obligations that must be paid within the scope of membership and from fulfilling the contractual obligations towards other members of www.trcontact.com
