This Service Policy determines to inform you about delivery and return process steps for the services offered by www.trcontact.com on behalf of EKSADA (EKSADA Dış Ticaret Danışmanlık ve Yazılım A.Ş.)

Pre-Admission;

www.trcontact.com aims to facilitate trade between merchants in the construction industry in an online platform of B2B (business to business) form. EKSADA does not perform any commercial transaction in www.trcontact.com Also EKSADA is not a counterparty in any transaction between the members which are subject to “Turkish Code of Obligations the law no 6098” and to any proposal or agreement between the members. These clauses in “Service Policy Text” contains delivery and return of membership fees for the services offered by www.trcontact.com  on behalf of EKSADA

Payment & Delivery Terms:

Membership fees can be paid to EKSADA bank account by bank transfer/EFT or by credit card using  Online PayTR Company (mersis no: 0774029092000001) PayTR payment page supports Turkish and English languages.

EKSADA does not enregister any credit card information, and to prevent any access by third parties data is protected by “SSL – PCI – DSS” certificated security systems technology.

Commercial invoice will be sent to member’s pre-declared electronic mail address.

After confirmation of the contract electronically, the due amount should be made in order to activatr the membership. If any reason the member does not pay or cancel the executed payment, EKSADA (www.trcontact.com ) will be counted as relieved from any obligation.

Confirmation of payment and corporate identity authentication may take some time but not more than 24 hours after the payment “Membership” will be activated and “Member” can start using the submitted service in www.trcontact.com 

Withdrawal Conditions:

The Service provided by “EKSADA” on behalf of www.trcontact.com is subject to “Distance Contract Regulation No:29188” Article 15/1-h about “Regulations Regarding the Use of Rights of Withdrawal” Clause (ğ)  services suddenly performed in electronical environment or on intangible assets suddenly delivered to the consumer.  

Although these “Distance Contracts” are within scope of the Regulation, the provisions on the right of withdrawal are not applicable to them. They are listed in the Regulation under 10 clauses in a manner generally parallel with Article 16 of the EU Directive. 

In this respect the obligation of EKSADA defined under Article 12 “to return all the payments collected from the consumer within 14 days” is not applicable for this distance contract. 

The “Member” agrees, declares and undertakes that he/she is not allowed to use the right of withdrawal from the distance contract he/she made with EKSADA as per “Article 15” of the same regulation.

For the members who have paid the whole yearly fee: They will receive the excluded fee belonging to remaining calendar months after the application calendar month by bank transfer to the details provided in the withdrawal application form.

For the members who are paying fees monthly, after applying for withdrawal calendar month, no more monthly fee will be accrued.

The member will have full access to his/her account in www.trcontact.com until the end of calendar month after application for withdrawal, at the end of the calendar month his/her account and all services will be suspended.
