Except as noted clearly above no data or material from our website can be used, downloaded, uploaded, copied, printed, reproduced, republished, licensed, mailed, transmitted or distributed neither completely nor partially without prior permission.

2- Liabilities of Members:

Members are exclusively responsible for their published content, all members declare and confirm that intellectual and industrial property rights of their content belong to them.

Member cannot use any product information, data, trademark, store name, domain name, trademark rights, author’s royalties and other related rights incompliantly. 

The product information or any other data published by member should not be misleading or cause any misunderstanding and being wronged by other members and visitors of www.trcontact.com

Procedure for violation of the rights of Members and other third parties, including any intellectual property, copyright or privacy rights, or depreciating/blemishing business reputation or commercial activity of any other company.

The name of companies, products and services appear in www.trcontact.com  are protected by Turkish Intellectual Property Law. 

www.trcontact.com  website is created by EKSADA and subject to the “Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No: 6563”  EKSADA is not obliged to control or research the contents published by members in the website, whether they are in compliance with Turkish Intellectual Property Law.

In this respect if you think that a product or else in www.trcontact.com is violating your copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights, Please file a complaint by following the steps in the “Complaint Procedure”

3- Intellectual Property Infringement Procedure 

Violation Complaint 

If you think that a product or else in www.trcontact.com is violating your copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights;

You can send an e-mail to info@trcontact.com   by filling our “Intellectual Property Infringement Form” and attaching the relevant documents to prove that you are the right holder. Upon receiving your request and complaint, issue will be investigated by EKSADA immediately and a notification will be sent to the complained member, which must be responded within 5 days.

Complaint Process 

EKSADA Legal Department is responsible to make the investigation, if it is understood that the complainant is not the right owner or representative, the complaint will not be processed.

If it is understood that the complainant is the right owner or representative, notification will be sent to the complained member, which must be responded within 5 days, if he/she does not reply during this time, as a precautionary measure EKSADA will remove the content. If the complained member replies but cannot prove that he/she is the right owner or representative of the content, Membership will be terminated and all the contents will be removed from the website after 30 days.

Notified member can always claim evidentially that he is the right owner of the content. In this case, our legal department will re-examine the issue with formal proofs and decide to republish the content. But this process is valid in a timely manner.

Result of Complaint

EKSADA is not an arbitrator or a judge in intellectual property rights disputes. Precautionary action of removing or refusing to remove the content does not mean a legal disposition. 

In the event of litigation between the complainant and the member and if it is understood by court decision that the complaint is proven wrong.  www.trcontact.com will held arrogator responsible for all damages arising from the consequences of the wrongful complaint.
